To place an order, look up the Organization Code of the organization you want to support by placing their code on the order form, download an order form (it is
an excel file) and enter
your contact information and the quantities of each product you are ordering on the order form. The
form will calculate your totals. Look up your total shipping weight on the Shipping Policy and Charts for your shipping cost and add that to the order form. Save your form so you have a copy and e-mail or fax the form to sales@conservationtree.com. We will contact you within 48 hours to finalize the order.
